2021 - 2022 Team Meeting Hours

Meeting hours standings
The standings below will be verified/adjusted every week or two. Hours are considered tentative until they are reviewed (i.e. must be recorded by 11:59 PM the following day after the day of the meeting to be considered valid).
Rules
8th grade - DO NOT RECORD 8TH GRADE ACE & CLASS TIME. This is automatically added each week.
  1. The # of hours must be recorded by 11:59 PM the next day (1 day after the build day) to count (keep it timely and accurate).
  2. Multiple meetings in one day will count so long as they don't overlap the same hours. (i.e. programmers & builders meeting in two separate locations at the same time counts as one meeting)
  3. It does not matter how many team members were present at the meeting; 1 or more is OK. Hours you do by yourself count even if you are the only one working (at home, school or where ever).
Milford Robotics present end of year awards to recognize your hard work.
Record meeting hours

Below is the form for recording team meeting hours for the 2021-2022 VEX Robotics year which began the day after VEX Worlds.
What Qualifies?
The term "Team Meeting" means any time one or more members of a VEX team:
  • research ideas
  • read the VEX Manual for this year's game (the rule book)
  • read and post questions on VEX or other related forums https://www.vexforum.com/
  • discuss/design their robot
  • use Autodesk Inventor for their robot
  • build their robot
  • program their robot
  • practice driving the robot
  • work on the engineering notebook
  • work on the team website
  • meet for after-school meetings
  • attend a competition or Milford League
  • basically anything related to VEX and the goal of progressing their robot
And of course...
  • team building - just hanging out together, having fun (try to do some VEX work, too). Team building is important to build good teamwork.
